Risk and Compliance Specialist

Seeking a seasoned HSE Governance Professional to drive strategic risk and compliance initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing robust safety and environmental management systems.
- Leading the assessment, management, and control of HSE risks across the organization.
- Establishing comprehensive risk registers, conducting thorough risk assessments, and documenting mitigation strategies.
- Fostering an audit program that supports operational and strategic outcomes.
This role requires a deep understanding of HSE governance, risk, and compliance principles, ideally within high-risk industries. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and frameworks.
A background in consulting or advisory is highly valued, with a strong track record in risk assessment, assurance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and operate effectively at both operational and enterprise levels, driving meaningful change and integrating systems to achieve organizational resilience.
The selected individual will work collaboratively across teams to embed a consistent and effective approach to governance, risk, and assurance, contributing to a safer, more resilient future.
