Job Description

We're seeking a Technical Product Lead - Salesforce Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our Salesforce strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product or customer experience strategies/roadmaps, and proven ability to develop and manage a product backlog. You'll also have excellent stakeholder management and storytelling experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of IAG's future Intermediated strategy, experience, and roadmap.
  • Develop and own the Salesforce backlog to deliver the Intermediated and Platform roadmap.
  • Work with business and technology teams across IAG to identify priorities to inform Salesforce product backlog.
  • Work with the team to develop prioritised customer-centric user stories and definition of ready.
  • Develop and/or iterate ways of working with key stakeholders across the business and Product and Strategy to ensure alignment and information sharing.
