Mental Health Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team in a key leadership role. As a specialist in eating disorders, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adults with this complex condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive-based treatment for adults with an eating disorder.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective collaboration between team members.
- Optimize clinical processes and client outcomes through evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
- Effectively manage human and physical resources to support service delivery and growth.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate statewide service development.
Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification or program and registration with the relevant National Board.
- Current Working with Children Registration.
- Essential registrations or licenses must remain current during employment.
Desirable Skills:
- Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience in mental health or a related field.
- Experience or interest in eating disorders or other mental health conditions.
- Experience in clinical and professional supervision.
- Certification as an eating disorder credentialed practitioner is desirable.
