Role Overview

The Clinical Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care, ensuring compliance with clinical governance and regulatory targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate care for individuals with complex needs.

Requirements

  • Mental health-related degree (Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse) or equivalent registration as a Mental Health Social Worker
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams or extensive senior clinician experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based interventions and clinical practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
