Pricing Operations Coordinator

Support the Pricing Team with daily pricing activities in line with strategic positioning.

This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment of policies and procedures while communicating effectively across divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain IHG pricing integrity by adhering to policies and timelines.
  • Work closely with Category Managers and Suppliers to manage end-to-end cost change processes.
  • Prepare and release relevant member communications on pricing matters.
  • Produce specific reports as required by Category Teams, such as margin reviews and competitor analyses.
  • Validate Product and Pricing data to support ongoing business strategies.
  • Ensure Integrity and alignment of Pricing data across IHG systems in accordance with ACCC legislation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, particularly retail analytics and margin management.
  • Advanced computing skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate and educate decisions in accordance with key accountabilities and responsibilities.
  • Ability to follow up requirements both internally and externally, educating repercussions of non-adherence to agreed timeframes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with limited supervision, meeting business deadlines.
