About the Role

As a reporting expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's analytical capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to design and build comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into our Ecommerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a suite of KPI reports and dashboards that cater to the diverse needs of our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Extract valuable insights from complex data sets and communicate them effectively to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Ecommerce analytics and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing data visualization.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, with expertise in Excel and SQL.
  • Proficiency in using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., GA4, MicroStrategy, or Looker).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a reporting, data analyst, or Ecommerce analytics role.
