Ecommerce Insights Specialist

As a key member of our eCommerce Planning Team, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic decision-making across the business. You will be responsible for designing and building intuitive KPI reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into performance.
- Design, build, and maintain eCommerce KPI reports and dashboards that provide accurate and timely performance insights.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and enable self-service access to data for stakeholders.
- Extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong capability in working with and manipulating data, with advanced Excel skills.
- SQL experience is highly desirable, with ability to extract and query data effectively.
- Experience using reporting and data visualization tools, such as GA4 or Looker.
