About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to lead our Gold Coast operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving safe and efficient operations, and providing a reliable high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the branch/team in the provision of outstanding customer service
  • Provides clear and transparent communication to customers to ensure quality service is provided together with achieving
  • Conduct weekly Safety meeting with Scaffolders, Weekly sales meeting with Branch and Sales Representatives
  • Conduct site visits for the purpose of safety checks and complete 4 audits per week to ensure safety compliance by Scaffolders and Contractors
  • Review issues with team and identifies corrective actions to be implemented to ensure service is complete on a timely manner

About You:

You will be a strategic leader with an innovative mindset, problem-solving and effective communication skills. Implementing strategies to drive sales performance, achieve safe and efficient operations and to provide a reliable high-quality service to customers.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and engagement experience – someone that can lead from the front and drive the branch forward
  • A keen eye for details and a 'CAN-DO' attitude
  • Exposure within or dealing with senior management
