Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team on projects in Castle Hill and North Strathfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project procurement strategies, leading cost management inclusive of head and subcontract variation management, and preparing and presenting monthly financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to achieve project outcomes
  • Mentor and coach commercial team members
  • Develop and implement project procurement strategies
  • Lead cost management activities including head and subcontract variation management
  • Manage head contract and subcontractor progress claims
  • Manage cash flow at both head and subcontract levels
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports
