Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to empower teams, drive engagement, innovation, and productivity in an Agile environment. As a seasoned Transformational Change Agent, you will be responsible for leveraging Agile practices such as SAFe and Scrum methodologies to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution to improve delivery predictability across teams.
  • Enhance team performance by implementing Agile best practices and leading by example with a servant leadership style.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in a Scrum Master role within an IT/SAAS environment.
  • Previous experience in a technical role, such as QA or Development, with a solid understanding of technical requirements.
  • Certifications like CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desirable.
