About the Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled Studio Manager to lead our creative operations and drive the success of our studio.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for managing day-to-day studio workflows, resourcing, and championing our systems to lift speed, quality, and flow.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a creative agency environment, with a strong grasp of creative workflows and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading meetings, managing priorities, and supporting people development. You will work closely with Client Services, Production, and Strategy to match every brief with the right people, timeline, and tools.

The successful candidate will be a calm and solutions-focused individual who thrives on clarity, collaboration, and commercial acumen.

">Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day studio workflows and resourcing across all creative roles
  • Lead meetings, manage priorities, and support people development
  • Champion our internal systems and ensure they are up to date and effective
  • Track hours, manage timesheet compliance, and support project reconciliation
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role - studio ops, traffic, resourcing, or creative delivery
  • Experience working within a creative agency environment
  • Strong grasp of creative workflows and how to support them from brief to delivery
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Calm, solutions-first mindset and a love for keeping things moving
  • Confidence leading meetings, managing priorities, and supporting people development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and Adobe Creative Suite
