About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Percepta LLC. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers to address sales, product knowledge, and service issues.
  • Utilize customer satisfaction tools to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, service, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in business-related marketing and sales projects to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide feedback to management to continuously improve the performance of the department.
  • Work as a team player to support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer relations contact center, hospitality industry, or PR/Sales field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize projects and customer needs.
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to exercise good service and business judgment.
  • Excellent English language, oral and written, with grammatical knowledge and etiquette.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and display professionalism in demeanor, language, and appearance.

Working Environment

This is a call center environment where you will interact with internal and external departments and contacts. You must represent Percepta LLC professionally with all customers and external organizations and contacts.
