We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic Retail team in the Melbourne office. This role is perfect for someone looking to step into the insurance industry while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients, third parties, and insurers.
- Manage a healthy volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Identify insurable risks and work alongside colleagues to design and negotiate appropriate insurance solutions for clients.
- Promote Willis Towers Watson's brand within the insurance industry, both locally and nationally.
- Experience as a Customer Experience Specialist or Account Broker within the insurance or insurance broking industry, or strong customer service skills gained from a call center or similar environment.
- Proven ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Tier 2 qualification (or a willingness to work towards it), and Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification is highly regarded but not required.
- Reasonable level of competency in Word and Excel, and knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, whether communicating one-on-one or to a group.
- Ability to prioritize, supported by excellent organization and time management skills, to keep ahead of a high-volume portfolio.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment and is always willing to help colleagues and peers in times of need.
