We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Manager, Academic Integrity. This is an exciting opportunity to implement a refreshed institutional academic integrity framework and provide leadership, education, and investigative capability to support academic staff in upholding academic integrity.

The successful candidate will lead the work of the Office of Academic Integrity, which sits within the Academic Quality and Standards Division (AQS). They will manage a team that collaborates with the Academic Integrity Advisory Group, colleagues in AQS, and learning and teaching stakeholders across the University to implement changes to UOW's academic integrity framework. This framework takes an educative approach by improving awareness amongst students and staff and building staff capability in detecting, reporting, investigating, and determining outcomes of academic integrity breaches.

The role requires strong policy and operational skills, investigative skills, and the ability to exercise considerable judgement, initiative, discretion, and independence while interacting daily with senior staff across the University.

**About the Role**

  • This position offers a fixed-term, full-time appointment for 2.5 years with a salary range of $113,063 - $140,279 per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
