About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Kiama World of Learning. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences of our children and supporting the growth and development of our educators.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and mentor a team of early childhood educators in delivering high-quality education and care programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • To develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the National Quality Framework and G8 Education's standards
  • To establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a supportive and inclusive community
Requirements
  • A recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor or Master of Teaching (Early Childhood)) and current Teacher Registration or eligibility to apply
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
