We are seeking a leader to oversee the delivery of safe and high-quality clinical pharmacy services. This team provides innovative patient-centred care across inpatient and outpatient settings at regional hospitals.

The Role

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in clinical pharmacy services, leadership skills, and knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice. As a Clinical Pharmacy Manager you will:

  • Coordinate clinical pharmacy services to hospital patients, aligning with standards such as Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) Standards of Practice for Clinical Pharmacy.
  • Implement service delivery frameworks to achieve continuity in medication management.
  • Measure and analyse information on service effectiveness, adjusting priorities and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency, patient care, and medication safety.
  • Oversee performance indicators, develop policies and procedures, and supervise team members.
