As a Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of safe and high-quality clinical pharmacy services to hospital patients.
About the Role- You will manage the provision of clinical pharmacy services aligning service provisions with relevant standards such as the Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) Standards of Practice for Clinical Pharmacy.
- You will implement service delivery frameworks such as the Australian Government's Guiding Principles to achieve continuity in medication management.
- You will measure and analyse information on the effectiveness of service provisions and adjust priorities and implement initiatives directed at improving service efficiency, patient care and medication safety.
- You will supervise team members and provide leadership and performance management.
