**Clinical Pharmacy Manager Job Summary**

The North West Regional Hospital and Mersey Community Hospital are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Pharmacy Manager to oversee the delivery of a safe, high-quality clinical pharmacy service.

This role requires managing the provision of a safe and efficient clinical pharmacy service to inpatients. Key responsibilities include coordinating service provisions with relevant standards, implementing service delivery frameworks, measuring and analysing information on effectiveness and adjusting priorities accordingly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clinical pharmacy services to hospital patients, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Implement service delivery frameworks and initiatives to improve service efficiency and patient care.
  • Measure and analyse information on service effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the collection of performance indicators and report to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical pharmacy activities.
