Senior Compliance Professional Required

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee regulatory compliance and AML/CTF obligations for our bank.

  • Provide strategic and operational compliance advice to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain and uplift compliance frameworks, policies, and monitoring programs
  • Lead regulatory engagements and ensure timely reporting and issue remediation
  • Support retail banking operations with day-to-day compliance needs
About This Role

This is a critical position that requires a senior-level Compliance professional to provide leadership during a time of transition.

  • Leadership experience in 2LOD functions
  • Strong knowledge of APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC and OAIC regulatory frameworks
  • Solid understanding of AML/CTF compliance and oversight responsibilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
