Life Skills & Transition Center - Grafton, ND - Flex Direct Support Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Flex Direct Support Professional. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and facilitating transitions to community providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, work/job, recreation/leisure, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Model effective communication and socialization interactions, and teach self-advocacy and self-help strategies.
- Observe, monitor, document, and report on individuals' condition and progress to the team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- No experience required; on-site training provided.
