We are seeking an experienced Home Loan Specialist to join our team as a full-time office-based professional.
The role involves recommending various lender and home loan products to customers from a panel of over 40 lenders, with the goal of finding the best possible solution for each referral.
Our MemberFirst process flow optimises productivity and simplifies the lending process for our clients, enabling you to deliver exceptional results and provide a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
This opportunity offers a flexible base salary (dependent on experience) plus superannuation, plus uncapped commissions, providing a total remuneration package of OTE $150K+
Key requirements include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A thorough understanding of the lending framework
- Previous mortgage broking experience or retail lending experience
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Retail Banking equivalent
- Ability to structure complex scenarios for a range of clients
- Flexible approach to working hours
