Job Description:
  • We are seeking an ambitious professional to join the Corporate Trust team, reporting directly to a Senior Manager or Director and collaborating closely with the wider team on daily tasks related to corporate trust matters.
  • The team delivers a diverse range of high-quality services to fund managers, trustees, responsible entities, non-bank institutions, and other clients across various financial sectors.

Our comprehensive services include:

  • Security trustee for structured debt financing arrangements
  • Retail and Wholesale Custody solutions
  • Note trustee for wholesale issues
  • Trustee for securitisation transactions
  • Escrow management services
  • Agency services
  • Nominee for bare trust arrangements and employee share plans
  • Local agent representation
  • Process agent representation
  • Company secretarial services, resident director support, and corporate governance expertise

About You:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant field of study
  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector
  • Hold RG 146 and/or industry certifications (desired)
  • Experience with reviewing financial statements
  • Strong risk and compliance background
  • Able to coach and train colleagues effectively
  • Collaborative and willing to support a growing team
  • Desire to learn and contribute to the team's success
  • Excellent communication skills
