SLR Consulting is seeking an experienced professional to lead our tailings engineering efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in driving project excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable business performance across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive activities in Tailings and Mine Waste Engineering, fostering collaboration and alignment among team members.
- Grow and strengthen the team through strategic recruitment and development of national practice.
- Inspire and guide regional team leaders and senior professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Manage group financial performance, ensuring resource management and meeting SLR's standards and client expectations.
- 10+ years' experience in tailings engineering, including experience within a consultancy group.
- Minimum of 10 years' specialisation and demonstrated experience in tailings engineering.
- Experience managing teams of consultants across different geographies and project experience across multiple states.
