Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Professional to support our Freedom of Information (FOI) and Privacy functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of FOI and/or privacy functions, including administrative support, tracking, and reporting on legislative deadlines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure they meet legislative, policy, and process requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice on FOI and/or privacy matters, anticipate problems, and contribute to issues management.
  • Propose and facilitate innovation to develop and review processes and procedures to streamline and enhance the FOI and/or privacy functions.
  • Support senior executives in monitoring and reporting on section functions.
  • Maintain records in accordance with legislation, agency policy, and procedures.
  • Support other section functions, particularly disclosure support, complaints handling, and internal decision review.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in FOI and/or privacy, possess strong written communication skills, and have excellent verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
