Purpose of the RoleOur client is seeking an organised and adaptable maintenance coordinator to join their expanding team supporting a major aviation client. This newly created position is based on-site full-time, where you'll be part of a large facilities service team ensuring operational excellence across a busy and dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and prioritise maintenance requests in line with SLAs, identifying trends and reporting on KPIs.
- Coordinate work orders and ensure contractor compliance and service delivery.
- Support month-end reporting, risk registers, and facilities performance data.
- Assist with workspace moves and general hands-on facilities tasks?
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Work as part of a large, collaborative team, taking initiative and stepping up where needed.
- Previous experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or customer service roles.
- Comfortable with hands-on facilities tasks (manual handling, small repairs, general support).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Background in carpentry or handy person services.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability in SLA-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
