About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated facilities operations specialist to lead and oversee the management of our terminal facility and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily maintenance and repair work, including statutory checks and compliance
  • Ensuring all contractors adhere to our contractor management system
  • Providing supervision for contractors, ensuring compliance with safety practices
  • Managing tasks through our computerized maintenance management system

About Your Background

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • A trade certificate in electrical work (preferred)
  • Knowledge of air conditioning maintenance (desirable)
  • Experience working within Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures in a heavy engineering environment
  • At least 7 years' experience in maintenance and project works
  • Facilities management experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a heavy industry setting
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability
  • Experience in managing contractors
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CMMS systems

Requirements

You must be eligible to obtain a maritime security identification card.
