
Campus Healthcare Coordinator

The Clinic and Campus Administrator plays a pivotal part in the student experience as the first point of contact for students, staff, and clients on campus.
This position supports various campus and clinic operations, with a focus on adapting to business priorities and student needs.
Key Responsibilities- Clinic-focused: Oversees daily operations of the Wellness Clinic to ensure seamless service delivery, effective student training, and a safe clinical learning environment.
- Student Support & Campus focused: Provides customer service and administrative support across the student lifecycle, including enquiries, onboarding, records, events, and international student engagement and management.
Both focus areas collaborate closely with the Operations Manager (COM) to contribute to a positive, engaging, and safe student and staff experience on campus.
Essential Qualifications And Skills- Bachelor/Diploma level competency in any relevant discipline is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on student-centred support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across student support, clinic operations, and campus administration.
- Solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of accuracy in administration, record-keeping, and financial processes.
- Knowledge of compliance, WHS, and privacy requirements in an education/clinical setting.
- Flexibility to work across both streams as required by the needs of the campus.
