Job Title: Medical Services Coordinator

This is a key role in our medical team, which requires you to work across multiple locations on the Gold Coast.

  • Manage patient check-in and registration processes
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from patients
  • Book and reschedule appointments using our electronic system
  • Provide information to patients about preparation requirements
  • Quote fees and process payments from patients
  • Handle Department of Veterans' Affairs and third-party claims
  • Support clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be working as a member of a busy healthcare team, so excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in reception, healthcare or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure are also required.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations is a must.
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary for this role.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn are essential for success.
  • Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks is also expected.
