Our Teams

You will join our AI Product Engineering teams in the Small Business and Growth Division, responsible for delivering key AI initiatives.

You will manage a group of engineers while contributing to the team's success by championing excellent engineering practices that enable rapid software delivery.

You will support your direct reports in becoming excellent engineers, empowering them to deliver high-quality software and fostering a world-class engineering culture.

You will help your team hone their skills and grow as individuals to meet the capabilities required for the team.

You'll maintain a work environment where your team can do their best work predictably.

You'll monitor and support the operational health of your team and products, aiming for resilience.

  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, mentoring, and setting clear direction aligned with technology goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and implementing best practices.
  • Evaluate and address blockers to maintain momentum.
  • Establish accurate and sustainable delivery systems within your team.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop clear plans that deliver business outcomes efficiently.
  • Stay current with relevant technologies and practices applicable to software applications.
  • Deep experience managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean-Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices and the software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to execute initiatives successfully.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, leading and guiding your team in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring engineering teams.
