About the Opportunity

This position plays a vital role in supporting carers who contact us after hours. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team that receives inbound and outbound calls from carers experiencing emotional distress.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic support to carers via phone between 8pm-8am Monday – Friday, 24 hours Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays on a rotating roster.
  • Activate plans to ensure carers receive necessary support.

Requirements

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience working with carers and knowledge of relevant support services are highly valued.
