Client Service and Operations Coordinator

Aon is seeking a Client Service and Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Client Executives and Client Managers.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs. This will involve engaging in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
You will also participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports. Additionally, you will prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service skills, as well as experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts. You should also be passionate about a career in insurance and eager to learn and grow with our organization.
