We have a team of 90 professional and support staff across two office locations.

We are seeking a confident and driven Client Service Coordinator to join our Caulfield office on a fixed-term contract.

As CSC, you will be supporting our Caulfield office and Partners and be responsible for managing client communications, billing, timesheets, special projects, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Support our Caulfield office and Partners in an EA capacity;
- Create and maintain client files;
- Daily diary correspondence and email management for firm Partners;
- Administrative and operational support to our teams;
- Fee posting and billing for firm partners;
- Preparation of engagement letters, proposals, and reports.

About You

- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent IT literacy. Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e. FYI Docs) and APS beneficial;
- Ability to work as a team player and autonomously as required;

The salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $75,000 inclusive of superannuation, pending experience.
