The role of Front Office Duty Manager plays a vital part in supporting our mission to share special places and create lasting memories for our guests.

About The Position

Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will lead all aspects of the Front Office to deliver a unique and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing high-quality guest service by managing guest experiences and hotel operations
  2. Prioritizing workload and task allocation to ensure team success
  3. Developing team skills to enhance hotel performance
  4. Engaging in authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues or concerns
  5. Acting as the first point of contact for emergency situations

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Duty Manager experience in a hotel setting with a passion for guest services
  • Knowledge of NewBook (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid visa with the right to work in Australia
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
