Job Opportunity: Duty Manager

We are seeking a charismatic Duty Manager to join our Front Desk team at W Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive the hotel's operational culture and loyalty program to exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with Welcome and Concierge Managers to achieve Rooms Division operations goals and maintain brand standards.
  • Ensure seamless hotel operations in the absence of Senior Leadership Team members.
  • Maintain high standards of service at the Welcome Desk, Concierge, and other areas.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Front Desk/Front Office role, preferably in a supervisory or DM position within a luxury hotel.
  • Knowledge of procedures and policies for check-in/check-out, pre-arrival planning, property-based systems, and room inventory management.
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
