About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive business-aligned technology delivery across our organisation, enabling innovation while managing cyber risk.

  • Business Security Engagement: Oversee a team of strategic interfaces between cyber security and key business units, ensuring security is embedded into business initiatives from the outset.
  • Security Program Delivery: Lead the development, ownership, and refinement of our cyber security strategy and roadmap, aligning with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and APRA CPS 234.
  • Security Awareness and Training: Drive a culture of security by leading awareness and training initiatives that empower employees to manage cyber risks and foster a security-first mindset.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, delivery squads, and third-party partners to align business strategy with security priorities and operational delivery. Your leadership will strengthen our cyber maturity, enhance operational resilience, and protect customer trust.
