Seaview Christian College is seeking a professional to fill the role of Administration Officer. This full-time position will commence in Term 1 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for sharing front desk duties with existing team members and providing first aid support to students.
Job Description:- Be the primary point of contact for all parents and visitors to the school, responding to inquiries and directing them to the relevant personnel as necessary.
- Answer incoming internal and external telephone calls, redirecting them appropriately when required.
- Manage deliveries and orders to the school, ensuring timely receipt and processing of goods.
- Assist with general administration tasks, including student uniform shop sales and services.
- Provide first aid and record student data accurately.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with staff, students, and visitors.
- Good understanding of office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office and EFTPOS machines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) and Mandatory Notification certificate.
The Administration Officer will contribute to a safe and healthy workplace environment by adhering to WHS instructions and policies. They will also have opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge within a dynamic and supportive team.
