About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Champion to join our team at our brand-new Brisbane store. As a Sales Champion, you will play a key role in driving success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer interactions and provide efficient solutions to customer enquiries and requests.
  • Support sales success by preparing and sending quotes, processing orders, and following up on sales enquiries.
  • Forge connections with customers and build lasting relationships that go beyond business transactions.
  • Assist with stock control, re-stocking shelves, and picking and packing orders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Be adaptable and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and the store.

About You:

  • You are a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You are self-motivated and driven to succeed without needing constant direction.
  • You are organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and tasks at once.
  • You are tech-savvy and passionate about using technology to create efficiencies in your personal and professional life.
  • Previous experience in sales or internal sales support within a wholesale environment is a plus, but an unbeatable thirst for delivering best-in-class customer service will trump any experience or qualification.
