We seek an experienced Senior Manager, Operational Governance to lead our operational governance function, driving risk management excellence and promoting a culture of governance and performance.
- Lead the operational governance function to uphold high standards in risk governance and operational excellence, collaborating with Governance teams.
- Oversee incident management, Line 1 risk, and business rules compliance to safeguard operational integrity.
- Chair and lead key forums to address governance and compliance issues.
- Manage the incident management framework for member and employer experience, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Drive continuous improvement of the business rules framework and ensure compliance with obligations such as CPS230 and FAR.
- Collaborate effectively with all functions within the member and employer experience division.
Requirements
">Strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset are essential. We encourage applications from candidates with demonstrated experience in risk management, mitigation, and controls, preferably within superannuation funds.
