Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prepare building contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Coordinate and update colour schedules to meet client preferences and project requirements
  • Collaborate with consultants and authorities to gather necessary documents and reports for construction projects
  • Request and obtain all required permits for construction
  • Support the Estimators and Supervisors by preparing packs and providing assistance as needed
  • Ensure effective client communication and liaison throughout the project life cycle
About You

We are looking for a team player with strong administrative and multitasking skills, who can confidently follow-up on documentation and liaise with stakeholders. If you have 1+ years' experience in Residential Construction in a similar role and are passionate about growing within a company, we want to hear from you
