About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Specification Manager to join our team at Knauf. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving specifications of our products and systems through architectural support, providing advice on legal building regulations, and promoting new and existing products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive specification of Knauf products and systems through architectural support
  • Provide advice on legal building regulations and promote new/existing products to market
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales and Engineering teams to maximize conversion of advantage specifications to sales orders
  • Identify new project opportunities and work to convert these specifications with our architectural contacts to Knauf products/systems
  • Ensure strong customer engagement through key account plans, CPD requirements, and project support
Requirements
  • Qualification in Engineering or Architecture
  • 3-5 years of experience in selling high-quality systems tendered by architects, planners, and general contractors
  • Specialized knowledge in a specific market or with similar product types
  • Strong communication skills and experience with CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
