**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- **Problem-solving Expertise**: Provide innovative solutions to design and feasibility challenges that align with domestic market standards
- **Market Engagement**:Identify and engage potential customers on construction projects, securing specifications and contracts
- **Industry Influence**: Represent Knauf by providing advice to professional bodies, enhancing our profile, and influencing industry issues
- **Specification Development**:Create designs and specifications for architects, designers, and contractors, focusing on Knauf Exterior Wall Systems
- **On-site Collaboration**:Monitor on-site construction, collaborating with contractors to provide solutions to encountered problems
- **Training and Assistance**: Offer technical assistance and training to the local sales team, architects, and decision-makers
- **Pipeline Management**: Build and maintain a robust project pipeline, collaborating closely with the Marketing Department for brand presence
- **Account Planning**:Utilize systems like Stratos to build account plans, focusing on the right projects in terms of size, timing, and winning opportunities
- **Adaptability**:Assume additional tasks as instructed, showcasing flexibility and learning agility

- If you fulfil the following requirements - it would be an added advantage:_
- **Education**: University or College Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- **Experience**:3-5 years of experience in selling high-quality systems tendered by architects, planners, and general contractors
- **Market Expertise**:Specialized knowledge in a specific market or with similar product types
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel intensively, with a valid driving license
- **Language**:Fluent in English and the domestic language
