**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Food Safety Systems Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and managing all aspects of food safety documentation at a national level.

This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining document control procedures, and implementing process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly in the Australian context.

They will also possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update food safety documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and process document changes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review and implement process improvements to ensure efficient document management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in food safety management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in food science, microbiology, public health, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly in the Australian context.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively.
