The Role

Ensure operations meet food safety regulations and quality standards through collaboration with Production. Document non-conformances and corrective actions within our Quality Management System framework.

Support key food safety requirements and quality outcomes. Conduct quality audits, HACCP investigations, and respond to customer complaints. Ensure all staff adhere to necessary requirements of our Quality Management Systems.

Your Qualifications

We require candidates with qualifications in HACCP and AusMeat Specification or quality assurance experience in a food manufacturing environment. Alternatively, you may have operational experience in a meat processing facility.

You should possess a strong sense of accountability and responsibility, commitment to company values and food safety culture, good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
