Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cohesive direction through morning briefings and goal setting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum five years' experience leading teams of at least 15 in retail or client-focused environments
  • Experience in sales generation and achieving sales targets
  • Experience working towards KPIs
  • Experience partnering with high-net-worth individuals in sales
  • Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism with clients and staff
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Flexibility to work various roles based on business needs
  • In-depth knowledge of precious metals and gemstones is highly advantageous
