This pivotal role supports the Availability Manager in ensuring that products are always available for customers to purchase. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a small group of colleagues during evening hours, implementing consistent processes and routines to guarantee the successful execution of daily stockfill plans.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving community impact, and fostering a culture of process-oriented excellence. Your ability to coach and lead a team with a coaching style, rather than a directive approach, will be crucial in driving success. Additionally, you must be agile and adaptable, capable of navigating change while maintaining a flexible work schedule that includes evenings and late nights across seven days of the week.
