Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality support services to valued customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with their daily needs, including personal care, social support, and domestic assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Social Support: Transportation for activities, shopping/groceries, medical appointments
  • Domestic Assistance: Light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers with aids and equipment
  • Monitoring customer well-being and reporting progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Caring and compassionate attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Ability to build rapport and good working relationships
  • Comfortable using technology (e.g. mobile app)
