Support Worker Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in your local community by supporting customers in their own homes. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide high-quality in-home support services to valued customers.

The role involves assisting with personal care, social support, transportation, domestic assistance, and monitoring the well-being of customers. You will also provide updates on customer progress following each service.

We require individuals who possess good interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and working relationships. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services would be an advantage but not essential.
