Senior Property Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to lead our portfolio of industrial assets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be proactive in managing property operations, and have a strong focus on delivering exceptional tenant outcomes.

About the Role
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of industrial properties.
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent reviews, and make good processes.
  • Manage rent rolls, arrears, outgoings budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly reporting including financial performance, arrears, vacancy, and maintenance updates.
  • Contribute to asset strategy and planning discussions.
  • Liaise with operations managers to ensure timely maintenance and presentation standards are upheld.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial property management is required.
  • Proven lease management and budgeting experience is crucial.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently are key attributes.
