About This Opportunity

This is a dynamic role for an accomplished Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Pacific Fire product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent market analysis skills, and strong collaboration abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the product portfolio, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and gaps in the portfolio.
  • Define the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, feature enhancements, and portfolio expansion plans.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, from concept through to end-of-life decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to ensure timely development, launch, and ongoing support of products.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to optimize product profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the portfolio.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Act as a liaison between product management, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to communicate portfolio strategy, initiatives, and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve issues, and drive consensus on strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Possess strong Office Automation Product knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
