About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to ensure employees are trained, assessed and compliant in accordance with site Training Needs Analysis and Training Management Plan. This role will work closely with site management, whilst being strongly supported by our Learning & Development team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering training programs, assessing personnel, and managing documentation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others with respect and clarity.

  • Ensure employees are trained, assessed and compliant in accordance with site Training Needs Analysis and Training Management Plan
  • Manage assessment, reassessment and refresher training across site
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Trainer & Assessor in a similar role
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or above
  • Proven experience operating as an All-rounder in an open cut environment including production Loader, Excavator and Dozer
  • HRWL: LF, CN, DG, EWP
